Pepper Steak Kebabs

Beef Cut: Flank Steak

Beef-Kabob

Ingredients

1 flank steak (about 1 lb)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sherry
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil (I use olive oil)
1 clove garlic
1 large bell pepper
1 onion

Directions

  • Cut steak across grain.
  • Marinate 2 hours.
  • Grill on low heat until done.

Serve with brown rice or pita, and pair with a local Colorado brown or pale ale.
